A Selection from Dr. Şükrü Bozluolçay's Collection

The exhibition "A Selection from Dr. Şükrü Bozluolçay's Collection" showcases the extensive collection of Dr. Şükrü Bozluolçay, one of Turkey's leading art collectors. His collecting journey began in 1979 while studying at Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty, where he acquired five paintings from Turgut Atalay's studio. Today, his collection comprises nearly 3,500 artworks, primarily focused on Turkish artists, alongside internationally acclaimed foreign artists.

The collection spans almost 37 years and features various cohesive sections, including Turkish Classics, Post-1950 Abstract Art, Artists of the 68 Generation, Sculpture, Contemporary Works, and Artist Studios.

This exhibition will be on display at Summart Art Center from December 8, 2015, to January 8, 2016.
